Writing Programme— Twelve-Week Cycle

Schedule: Tuesdays, 6:30–9:30 pm · Twelve consecutive weeks

Sessions take place in a private space in central London. The exact venue will be confirmed once the cohort has been assembled.

Fees

The total fee for the twelve-week cycle is £1,200

Once an application has been accepted and a place has been offered, a £300 deposit is required to secure the place. The remaining balance (£900) must be paid before the programme begins.

Participation is confirmed once payment has been received. Places are limited and cannot be guaranteed until payment is complete.

Payment

Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed payment method.

Any processing costs associated with payment transactions—including but not limited to credit card charges, banking fees, or transfer costs—may be deducted from any refunded amount where applicable.

Withdrawals and Refunds

If a participant withdraws more than 14 days before the start of the cycle, the course fee will be refunded minus any processing costs.

Withdrawals made within 14 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

The deposit is non-refundable unless the place cannot be offered.
